General Tab
The General tab of the Request Details view contains basic information about the item being requested and the user who requested the item.
The General tab of the Request Details view includes the following properties:
| Property | Description |

| Request Name | Name of the catalog item that was requested. |
| Description | Long description of the catalog item that was requested. |
| License Required | Indicates whether or not a license is required for this catalog item. |
| License Cost | Lists the cost associate with this catalog item, if specified. |
| Requested On | Date request for this catalog item was submitted. |
| Approval Status | Indication of the request’s approval status. |
| User Information | Lists information about the person who requested this catalog item. |
